If you have difficulty locating a sponsor, please contact the Award Chair. Young people are increasingly denied access to astronomy by the lack of astronomy education in high school curricula and by light pollution in and near our cities. For this reason, the League is especially interested in promoting the study of astronomy among young men and women.
