Shipping Time
We will do our best to ship all instock products within 7 days of receiving your order. You should receive it within 2 to 3 weeks of your purchase. Should a product be out of stock or we are unable to ship your order within 10 days, we will notify you by email.
Please note that due to its nature, Member-at-Large membership materials take slightly longer to ship. Normally they will be shipped in approximately 2 weeks.
Shipping Rates
Orders will be priced based on current USPS shipping rates. You will not be charged more than the estimate shown when your order was placed. We reserve the right to ship by a different method at our discretion. If another shipping method is used, it will not result in a change in shipping charges or a unreasonable delay in shipping times
Return Policy
Please contact us at alofficesales@earthlink.net prior to returning any items. All items must have a return authorization number before they will be returned. All unused/unworn non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in sellable condition. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all returns.
