Hello to all vendors!
Participating astronomical societies in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and Utah would like to invite you to come show your wares and services at ASTROCON 2017 in Casper, Wyoming at the Parkway Plaza hotel August 16-19, 2017. This is expected to be a special convention, in that a total solar eclipse runs over the city on Monday August 21st. The numbers of people are expected to be enormous due to the natural spectacle, and will include many others besides those involved with the Astronomical League. The hotel has allowed an extra free full day after the convention on Sunday August 20th to continue sales. Tourism marketing including the local media will be directing people in the Casper area to the Parkway Plaza Hotel
Please take a look at the attached brochure, and let us know your interest by responding to the P.O. Box provided. Space is assigned on a first-come first-served basis, so please reserve early. We hope to see you at ASTROCON 2017!
