Todd Johnson: Fermilab

Todd Johnson graduated with a BSEE from Michigan Tech University in 1982. He joined Fermilab in 1983 and has worked as an Accelerator Operator and a Crew Chief in the Main Control Room. His most recent position was as the Operations Specialist for the Tevatron, the proton-antiproton collider which held the world record for energy until the Large Hadron Collider was brought on line at CERN.

His outside interests include cooking, electronics, bat echolocation, woodworking, meteorite collecting, and Lichtenberg figure sculptures. He has also produced graphics for the third and fourth editions of “Turn Left at Orion”, the popular stargazing guide.
