AstroNite

Enjoy a free, family-oriented open house that’s out of this world! As part of the International Day of Astronomy sponsored by the Astronomical League, the University of Michigan-Flint and Longway Planetarium have joined for a night that is sure to make your imagination soar to the stars. Activities take place in the Murchie Science Building at UM-Flint. Activities include a planetarium show, building a Mars lander, driving a mars rover, exploring how to decode light, making comets, and a special celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Hubble Space Telescope! Weather permitting, we’ll have telescopes set up.
