Observing Program Division Announcement – Huygens TOES Special Observing Challenge

The Astronomical League has developed a new Special Observing Challenge:  The Huygens TOES Special Observing Challenge.  The objective is to observe or image Titan’s Shadow as it crosses the face of Saturn.  There are two events in August, and two in September.  The next time is in 2040.  For more information, go to the AL Observing Challenge Web Page:  https://www.astroleague.org/al-observing-challenge-special-observing-award/.  As a Special Observing Challenge, there is a pin as well as a certificate.  Be sure to scroll down on the page.  This is Challenge #14.
