In summary:

• The target list now contains 160 objects to choose from.  Thi makes this Program avilable to residents of the southern hemisphere.
• All 100 of the original objects are still on the list.
• We have added partial certificates for Binoculars and Eyes Only.
• The Categories have been updated to better align with the stellar lifecycle.
• Some stellar classifications have been updated and some targets have been moved to different categories.
