Article XIII. Ratification
These Bylaws will be ratified upon acceptance by two-thirds
(2/3) of all voting members of the League, within four
(4) months of its distribution. It shall take effect on
or after September 1, 1986 superseding all previous documents
except the previously-adopted Standing Resolutions #1
through #12, but it shall not be retroactive.
